Working towards integral development is the guiding mission of Maverlinn.

For its founders and its team, this includes uniting personal growth and professional commitment while giving priority given to projects creative of shared value.  It also means to strive towards a respectful use and enhancement of cultural and natural resources, to foster knowledge networks and globally responsible behaviors.

To speak of "Integral humane development" refers to a model of development that concerns the whole of the person in every single dimension.   Globalization is a great opportunity for humanity provided that it is firmly rooted in fundamental human values and ethics.  Growth and success ultimately depend on the basic value of responsibility: the sense that each is responsible for the advancement of all. 

Such are the values and vision to which Maverlinn is committed and that it is trying to implement in its daily business practice.
