Recently, dedicated to helping clients achieve "Integral Business Development", Maverlinn has launched an Integral Leadership Program with the research support of the Ricci Cultural Enterprise to equip both enterprises (CSR) and not-for-profit organizations (NPOs) with necessary strategies and skills for success in both business and non-profit sectors locally, nationally and internationally.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship are phenomenons that have captivated the public, private sector, philanthropists, and social change agents alike. In China, we believe that through CSR, both corporations and management can create shared value by their strong commitments as "social responsible citizens". Maverlinn aims at assisting companies in locally contributing to the community and integrating its social responsibility into the company's core values, image and competitivity.
In addition, with China’s opening and fast growing philanthropy, non-profit organizations will have to face increased challenges in terms of ensuring creditability and public trust, reaching international standards of professional project management and long-term development.
In this context, Maverlinn has developed a new leadership program, to deliver superior CSR and NPO Practice advisory services in line with international standards and with the great research support of the Ricci Cultural Enterprise and experienced overseas experts:
- - Named after the great Italian sinologist, Matteo Ricci, the Ricci Cultural Enterprise aims at creating dialogue with Chinese intellectuals on cultural diversity and sustainable development as well as the coordination of various research programs on Pacific and Austronesian studies.
- - Experienced experts from overseas will be invited to help enterprises and not-for-profit organizations to successfully meet their challenges of growing leaders in China.
