  • Virginia Fang: Managing Director - JP. Morgan

    Ms. Virginia Fang advises Maverlinn on investments issues. She is a Managing Director at J. P. Morgan Private Bank in Asia. She is a member of the Greater China team. Prior to joining J. P. Morgan, Ms. Fang was a Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Debt Capital Markets Group in New York and Hong Kong, responsible for the origination of Yankee and Global bond issuance for Asian sovereign and corporate issuers for six years. Ms. Fang started her career in Citibank's Taiwan and New York offices as a relationship manager lending to technology and multinational corporations. Ms. Fang holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University in Boston and a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York City.

  • Benoit Vermander: Director of the Xu-Ricci Dialogue Institute - Fudan University

    Prof. Benoit Vermander serves as the pro bono Advisor of Maverlinn for its not-for-profit activities. He holds a doctorate in political science from Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Paris and a M.Phil in the same discipline from Yale University. He is researcher and associate professor in the Faculty of Philosophy of Fudan University, Shanghai, and academic director of the Xu-Ricci Dialogue Institute in the same faculty.  He also serves as the academic director of Ricci Cultural Enterprise.  He has published extensively on China's ecological and cultural issue, and has initiated educational projects in Southwest China.
