  • Chia-Lin Coispeau: Partner

    Mrs. Chia-Lin Coispeau is Founding Partner of Maverlinn Ltd. She has over 15 years of professional experience having previously worked for Bain & Co, Yves Rocher Group, Louis Vuitton and Guinness Brewing Worldwide, in Europe (Paris and London) and Asia (Shanghai). She specializes in strategic analysis, notably in the field of consumer goods and distribution (brand strategy, brand repositioning), business development in Asia and Europe, and private equity. She is also in charge of the PRC communication & fund raising for the GRAND RICCI: Grand dictionnaire français de la langue chinoise.  She holds a MBA from INSEAD Business School (Fontainebleau, France) and a MS in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from FRIDERICIANA Universität (Karlsruhe, Germany) and ESCIL (Lyon, France).  She speaks fluently French, English, Mandarin and German.

  • William Zhao: Partner

    Mr. William Zhao is a Maverlinn Partner. He is the founder and non-executive chairman of Shinedoo China Group, a company active in below-the-line communication, marketing services and production for retail & FCG businesses in China. Previously, he has worked as CEO of Altavia Group, China; CFO of Hachette Filipacchi Media China; Vice-President of BNP Paribas – Corporate Finance (Mergers & Acquisitions) – Hong-Kong and France; and Senior Analyst for Andersen and Ernst & Young – Corporate Finance (Mergers & Acquisitions) – Paris.  William Zhao has a MA in Marketing and Communication from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) – Paris, and a MA in Economics and Banking from China University Department of Economics – Guangzhou, China.  Mandarin and Cantonese are his mother tongues. He is fluent in English and French, and speaks some Spanish and Japanese.
